CENTRE POINT SABAH OUR STORY OF SUCCESS

Centre Point Sabah is situated in Kota Kinabalu, the capital of the State of Sabah. Situated just off the main coastal highway and within walking distance from the Central Business District. Centre Point Sabah is a one-stop shopping, dining, office, car park and amusement complex serving the State Capital. This project was constructed on a 4.6 acres site in three phases. Phase I and II consisting of six levels of shopping area with a Department store and 400 other shops, 1380 car park bays on 6 levels, one floor of office space, one floor of entertainment area with 28 lines Bowling Centre, 8 rooms Cinema and Family Recreation Centre, were commenced operation on 24th July 1990. The final phase, consisting of Palm Square, an up-market retail establishment for branded goods and CPS Tower, an ultra modern office block with an 80ft. atrium, was completed in 1997.

Tenant Mix is the most important factor for a successful complex. How to create a one-stop shopping complex is our target. Centre Point Sabah is also trying to satisfy all kinds of demands of the customers. The Tenant Mix of Centre Point Sabah are as per below:-

Palm Square, the exclusive retail establishment, is located on the 4th floor, accessible by high speed passenger lifts, escalators and stairs. It has its own main entrance from the car park block designated to give the impression of a street level establishment to provide for shoppers’ convenience. Elegantly designed stores with sophisticated interiors sell top quality goods bearing prestigious brand names and labels laid out spaciously and comfortably, giving the shoppers a sense of satisfaction not found anywhere else in Kota Kinabalu city. With the wide variety of brand name men’s and ladies’ apparels, household products, accessories, and family food centre and restaurant offering diverse Asian foods and International flavors. Be it a break in your business schedules, family outing, or a casual meeting among friends, Palm Square strives to meet the sophisticated needs of this modern society. Look for some fashion tips from the well co-ordinates and elegant window displays. The focal point of Palm Square is the 17,500 sq.ft. spectacularly landscaped atrium under a soaring 80 feet high sky lite canopy. There are The Giordano, Skechers, Speedy, Nicole/Nic, Juns, Kioda, Scholl, Starbucks, Secret Recipe… in Palm Square now.

Most of international fast food restaurants are in CPS, like KFC, Mc’Donald and Jollibee. There are Sushi King, Starbucks Coffee, Secret Recipe and Palm Café to provide all kinds of food to customers.

Main Business 2

There are CPS Bowl, Growball Cinemax and Family Recreation Centre located on 5th floor, Palm Court & 8th floor Car Park Block. CPS Bowl is the largest bowling facility in Sabah equipped with fully automatic scoring system and 28 Synthetic lanes. Growball Cinemax have 8 rooms offering lots of fun to the young generation. In 2007, we converted our Palm Court to the biggest Entertainment Centre in Sabah.

There is one Book Store (Eaton’s Book Store), IT Centre and telecommunication, mobile phone (LG, Nokia, Samsung, OPPO, Vivo, Huawei, etc), provide many varieties choices.

Other Business

There are branded famous cosmetics, jewelries, young and ladies fashion, men’s and women’s apparels, health and beauty centre providing massage and beauty spa services.
